In this article, an idea based on modified moving least squares (MMLS) and spectral collocation method is used to estimate the solution of nonlinear quadratic integral equations (NQIEs). We used the shifted Chebyshev polynomials as basis functions. Applying the proposed method leads to the conversion of the problem into a system of algebraic equations.
