Research interests
The area of my research interest is in Statistical Methodology; Graphical modelling of high-dimensional data using Bayesian networks and Pair-copula Bayesian network models; and modeling highly complex systems using Gaussian process and Deep learning approaches. I have applied these methods to a wide range of applications including constructing Gene/protein regulatory network, environmental modelling, health, and finance.
