چکیده

Grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.), belongs to Vitaceae family and Vitis genus, and is one of the important fruit crops in the world and Iran. Foliar application is one of the fast and effective methods for providing of plants nutrition requirement, especially in the critical stages of growth. In this study, the effect of foliar application of Mn-nano chelate, in three levels of 0 and 1% with three replications was evulated in 'Sultana' grapevine in a 12 years old vineyard under a completely randomized block design in Sultanabad village of Malayer city. Trees were sprayed during three stages in August and September. The first step in the process of fertilization was done in mid-August which the grapes were not matured And the second and third stages within 15 days until shortly before arrival time was done. The samples harvesting 685 / 864 was done in the two weeks beginning and end of September and was measured some of quantitative characters. The pH of samples was measured using a digital pH meter, Titratable acidity (TA) by titration with 0.1 N NaOH and Total Soluble Solids (TSS) was measured by Hand-Held Refractometer, as well as, catalase and peroxidase activity were measured. The results showed, in verison stage, titratable acidity and activity of peroxidase and catalase under influence of Mn-Nano chelate was significant (P ≤ 0.001) and the total soluble solids was significant (P ≤ 0.05). The pH at this stage under the influence of manganese was not significant compared to the control. At this point the index of TSS, TA and the activity of CAT and POX related to the treated samples was higher than the control. At full maturity, the TSS, TA and catalase activity was significant (P ≤ 0.001) and the pH and peroxidase activity was significant (P ≤ 0.05). At this stage, indices of catalase and TA were higher than control, but other indicators in the samples treated were lower compared to the control.
