چکیده

Modeling tools, associated with all the science, including experimental science and for discussion of this subject, especially on issues related to chemistry, physics, biology and geology of this method can be used. In this way, with a little study and interpret the complexity of the system, models built that help to predict results beforehand. In fact, when we have an issue that is relevant to a particular object with an object similar to the initial object, we actually have modeling simulations. The importance of this issue to this extent is to build various means such as car and all types of mechanical, medical and... If no previous modeling began to the overproduction it may mass losses incur to us; Because the simulation model can predict the desired object and own again, and correct problems until after the positive tests, mass production to start. Naturally, experienced teacher is someone who actually uses this model in their classes and keeps this in student’s mind which if they cannot simulate, they do not have a good understanding of the phenomenon. This paper presents the design of three-dimensional biomolecules with Visual Molecular Dynamics (VMD) review. VMD is molecular graphics program designed for display and analysis of chemical-biological molecules in samples to better understand and visualize the molecules in science class.
