Ni-Cu nanoparticles on carbon thin films were prepared using acetylene gas and Ni and Cu targets. First, nickel nanoparticles were prepared in a carbon substrate. Then a layer of copper with different percentages was made on it. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), the catalyst and CNTs were characterized. Also, power spectral density (PSD) and fractal dimensions were obtained from AFM data
