چکیده

Ni-Cu nanoparticles on carbon thin films were prepared using acetylene gas and Ni and Cu targets. First, nickel nanoparticles were prepared in a carbon substrate. Then a layer of copper with different percentages was made on it. The deposition was performed on glass and silicon at room temperature. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) analysis. As well as, the lateral size of nanoparticles was obtained from AFM data
