Poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) and Silver nanoparticles-embedded poly vinyl alcohol (Ag/PVP) nanofibers have been synthesized successfully via an electro-spinning technique at room temperature. The structures and morphologies of the prepared samples were investigated by, X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and thermos-gravimetric analysis (TGA). The antibacterial property of Ag/PVA nanofiber for inhabitation of Escherichia coli (Ecoli) growth was approved.
