Western blotting is a method to detect proteins in tissues and fluids. This method is a combination of electrophoresis and transfer of proteins to a solid phase. The using of TMB solution which principally is used in ELISA technique for imbruing the protein transferred nitrocellulose membrane which all primary and secondary antibody and luminescence detector were pour on it can appear the bands well. By taking a camera picture the dark room is not necessary.
