A mathematical model of brain tumor which is an extension of a two-dimensional mathematical model of glioma growth and diffusion, is considered in this letter. A numerical approach based on operational matrix of Bernoulli polynomials is used to estimate the solution of this model. Using this technique, the problem under the study is converted to a system of nonlinear algebraic equations which can be solved via Newton's method. Finally, test problem is included to confirm the accuracy and efficiency of the suggested method.
