In the present work an in vitro model has been tried for evaluation of adsorbent to ameliorate the toxic effects of mycotoxins; In vitro binding ability of Clay Material (CM) (1.0%) on aflatoxin B1 (500 ppb), ochratoxin A (OA) (1ppm) and T-2 toxin (T-2) (2 ppm), when present alone or in combination, was evaluated at pH 4.5 and 6.5 in the diets. CM showed significantly (P < 0.05) higher binding with AF (96.18%), whereas those recorded with T-2 (73.58%) and OA (71.33%) were moderate respectively. Binding of each toxin decreased as the number of toxins in feed increased, Higher binding ability for CM was noticed at 6.5 pH of the medium.
