Purpose: This s1 udy is lo investigate !he impact or an eight-week morning aerobic training on some he111a 1ologic:d parn111c1crs in you ng, active males. l\lalcrial anti i\lcthotls: 26 111ale. university students wi1hou1 any previous smoking experiences or regular exerc ise programs (age, 19/23 ± 1/07 years and 13Ml, 22/53 ± 5 kg/m2 ) were rnndomly selected and divided into two groups: control and exercise. The exercise group ( 13 students) did an 8-week aerobic training three times a week wi1h the inle1)s i1y or 55% 10 75% of maximum heart rate but the control group just ( 13 students) did their everyday act ivities . .J31ood samples were collected before the first session of aerobic training and after the last session, al a specific time (7 :00 a.111 .) from both control and exercise group. The second blood samples were eollected after the heart rate of the exercise group returned to its resting values and were used 10 examine the following parameters: clolling and bleeding limes, amount of fibrinogcn, hemoglobin, hemaloeril and number of red and while blood cells and platelets.
