The thermal spin-transfer torque (TSTT) and Seebeck coefficients (SECs) are investigated for diverse superlattice magnetic tunnel junctions (DS-MTJs) including linear, Gaussian, Lorentzian, and P¨oscl-Teller profiles. The present study is done in the linear response theory. The higher TSTT and SECs are found for the DS-MTJs in comparison with those for the regular types. The results can be utilized to improve in the fields of spintronics and spincaloritronics.
