We investigate tunnel magneto-resistance (TMR) ratio in superlattice magnetic tunnel junctions with diverse barrier-heights (DSMTJs) including linear, Gaussian, Lorentzian, and Pöscl-Teller profles. Transmission functions are computed by non-equilibrium Green’s function method in the tight-binding model. The results for the DSMTJ are compared to those for regular types as higher TMR ratios are achieved in the former in comparison with the latter. Therefore, the present fndings can be utilized to improve in the feld of spintronics.
