Introduction
I am Sajad Gharloghi, an Assistant Professor of Educational Administration in the Department of Educational Sciences at Malayer University. My expertise includes the assessment and development of human resource competencies, as well as human resource training and development, with a particular focus on coaching.In addition to these areas,my research extends to educational governance and the processes of teaching and learning in education, especially regarding the role of new technologies.
