The CZO films were deposited on glass substrates for 75 min by RF magnetron sputtering system in room temperature. The wide variation of surface morphology and grain size were reveal the importance of the temperature of the synthesis of films sample. The RMS roughness of as deposited CZO films were 4.1 nm.
