In this research, the effect of foliar application of different concentrations (0, 1000 and 2000ppm) of potassium sulphate, potassium nano-chelat and humic acid on protein content, antioxidant capacity and activity of son antioxidant enzyme was investigated of "Bidaneh-sefid" grapevine under a completely randomized design in a vineyard at of Malayer city was conducted in 2015 in three replications. Foliar treatments were done three times before flowering, after two weeks of fruit set and one month after the second stage was carried out.Based on the results, fertilizer treatments increase the concentration of protein, antioxidant capacity and the activity of peroxidase, catalase, superoxide dismutase and ascorbate peroxidase. Potassium sulfate at 1000 ppm resulted in highest enzyme activity compared to control. Nano potassium chelate showed no on significant difference on protein concentration and catalase activity in compared to control. The results of this study showed that the concentration of 1000 ppm of all fertilizershad a significant impact on increasing enzyme activity and maybe increase the plant resistance against environmental stresses.
