Abstract

Rose with the scientific name of Rosa hybrid cv. Bordeauxbelongs to the Rosaceae family and Rose genus has 120 Species that isnative to different areas of the Northern Hemisphere. This cultivar (Bordeaux of roses) has large andsingle flower and reddish to dark.Cut rose has short life; mainly due to the disruption of water absorption. The vase life of cut rose depends onenvironmental (light, heat, humidity) and physiological (nutrition, hormones) conditions before and after harvest. This experiment based on completely randomized design with seven treatments (humic acid on three levels 300, 600 and 900 ppm and humic acid with mycorrhizal fungi in three levels: 300, 600, 900 and control) in three replications during 2015 wasconductedin commercial greenhouse rose production of Borujerd city. Vase life of flower, branch length, branch diameter, yieldor flowers, flower diameter and leaf area wasmeasured. The results showed that the effects of the treatments on the performance of 300 ppm humic acid and mycorrhizal fungi or flowers produced per plant had a significant effect.Thetreatment with a concentration of 300 ppm humic acid and mycorrhizal fungi on yield or number of flowers produced per plant was significant. The acid treatment humic at a concentration of300 ppm onvase life, branchlength, leaf area andflower diameter had a significant effect. The results of the treatments on the rose varieties (Bordeaux) revealed that the application of mycorrhizal fungi humic acid and humic acid at a concentration of 300 ppm as an applied method in greenhouses rose had significant effectson physiological and morphological characteristics. Mycorrhizal fungi facilitate nutrient uptake and humic acid as a nutritional supplement in stress resistanceplays an important role.
