The study was carried out to improve the traditional grape culture in Malayer city's vineyards. The purpose of this research was to provide solutions in order to avoid natural hazards and to use various resources such as water, soil, experts and financial facilities optimally by solving problems that traditional grape culture faces. Range of plan implementation was susceptible regions to grape cultivation in Malayer region, Hamedan province, Iran. In this research according to suggested modern cultivation methods, after conducting meteorological, geological, topographical studies and verifying the region susceptibility, ground preparation was preceded for 5000 m2 vineyard. Then grooves were made by 3 meters distance from each other and by 1-1.5 m depth. Grooves were filled with manually hand mixed soil and carious animal manure and fundamental chemical fertilizer based on results of soil analysis. In the recommended cultivation method that has been suggested in this study, cultivation of grape cutting is recommended in the first year after which subculture is done in the following years. A new method is proposed that the measuring system of temperature, humidity, protector and mat are constructed to prevent vine from spring frostbite and other events. Results showed that estimate of annual costs (60813400 Iranian Rial for 5000 m2 vineyard), computed sale percent (240000000 Iranian Rial for 5000 m2 vineyard), gross profit and loss demonstrates (179186600 Iranian Rial for 5000 m2 vineyard) of suggested modern cultivation methods in this study has more benefit than traditional grape culture.
