This chapter consists of four main sections. In the second section, we present a generic framework for crime analysis. Section 3 outlines machine learning based methodologies that are widely and recently used in data mining in the context of crime data analysis. Finally, Sect. 4 is devoted to conclusion and future works of the authors.
