چکیده

According to Miller (1991), any change of weather, soil, water and food features with adverse effect on environment health, human activities and other animals is called pollution. Soil is an important part of environment and it is not only the source of pollution, but also it is a natural buffer controlling elements and chemical materials transfer to atmosphere, hydrosphere and animals. Today, more application of chemical fertilizers is one of the polluting factors of environment as soil and some elements as Chrome, lead, Vanadium and arsenic significantly can be increased in soil. The plants can keep great amount of heavy metals in their tissues and the plants can transfer the heavy elements from soil to water and human being and other animals. Some of the studies showed that more chemical fertilizers lead to cancer. Based on environmental and health pollutions arising from chemical fertilizers, production and consuming biofertilizers is the most important approach in soil refinement. Today, sustainable agriculture is considered and one of the solutions is moving to organic agriculture. Instead of using chemical fertilizers in organic agriculture, biofertilizers, compost and organic and animal fertilizers are used. This study was conducted in Baharestan of Hamedan town in a completely random design. In cultivation of potato, Agria, instead of using chemical fertilizers, biofertilizer (biological) phosphate Barvar 2 and vermicompost were used separately and together. Finally, the experiment plots were compared with control p lots (chemical fertilizer) in terms of the number of leaves, bush height, the diameter of the greatest tuber, the diameter of the smallest tuber, the number of tubers in bush and tuber yield and the experiment results were analyzed by Sas software. The comparison of the means by Duncan test showed significant difference in increasing yield and other yield components in potato as the result of using biofertilizers.
