he Finite Element Method (FEM) is one of the numerical techniques used to solve engineering problems and mathematical models such as structural analysis, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, mass transfer, and electromagnetic potential. In this research, to analyze and describe the thermal lens process in diethyl ether and ethanol liquids , their heat transfer modeling have been simulated using the Finite Element Method (FEM); for this purpose, boundary conditions of the dual beam setup were applied. Using FlexPDE software, the two-dimensional and three-dimensional temperature distribution graphs were simulated, analyzed and the temperature distribution in these liquids was compared with each other. The results showed that the heat transfer rate within ethanol is higher than that of diethyl ether, which is in agreement with experimental results indicating that the thermal diffusivity of ethanol is higher than that of diethyl ether.
