چکیده In this study, Fe3O4/TiO2 and Fe3O4/TiO2/GO nanocomposites were synthesized using thermal treatment methods, and their potential for drug delivery applications was investigated. The magnetic properties, crystalline structure, phase purity, morphology, and functional groups were analyzed through X ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X ray spectroscopy (EDX), vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)techniques. The results revealed that the nanocomposites exhibit ferromagnetic behavior at room temperature. with graphene oxide enhanced. Their saturation magnetization. The drug delivery properties were assessed using curcumin, showing that drug adsorption and release for both structures are pH-dependent, with Fe3O4/TiO2/GO exhibiting superior performance due to the presence of graphene oxide (GO). According to the MTT assay results, the sample containing GO achieved the highest rate of cancer cell cytotoxicity across all tested concentrations. In the hemolysis essay, both compounds showed negligible toxicity toward human red blood cells. Based on these results, the Fe3O4/TiO2/GO nanocomposite is recommended as a promising candidate for drug delivery applications.
